Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from delivery trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks provided by the company.
- Organize inventory within the warehouse to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
- Inspect equipment for safety issues before operation and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Process shipping documents and ensure accurate labeling of packages.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as requested by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for warehouse roles, but a plus).
