We pride ourselves on safety and efficiency. As an Overnight Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain remains seamless and our customers receive their orders on time.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) safely and in compliance with all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Load and unload trucks safely, verifying cargo against manifests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus.
