Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.8% accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless transition of operations
- Monitor quality control protocols during loading/unloading processes
- Document all activities in compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid PIT certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for entire shifts
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS systems
- Reliable transportation for overnight shift schedules
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
