Responsibilities
- Execute precise order fulfillment, picking, and packing during overnight shifts
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA certification
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits with 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and warehouse sanitation standards
- Coordinate cross-functional team operations for seamless loading/unloading
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and documentation
- Implement lean practices to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience with overnight shift preference
- Valid forklift certification and powered equipment proficiency
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management skills
- Basic computer literacy and WMS system familiarity
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred for team coordination
