Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management and order fulfillment during overnight shifts
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified precision
- Maintain 100% accuracy in scanning, sorting, and packaging high-value goods
- Implement safety protocols and conduct equipment pre/post-shift inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Train junior associates on warehouse procedures and technology systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift certification experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA Forklift Operator Certification (or equivalent)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
