Responsibilities
- Execute precise order picking, packing, and shipping operations with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated material handling systems efficiently
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation using WMS technology
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Coordinate cross-functional team activities to achieve daily production targets
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain detailed documentation
- Implement lean principles to optimize warehouse workflows and reduce waste
- Train and mentor new associates on equipment operation and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience with night shift preference
- Valid forklift certification and experience operating powered industrial trucks
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail for inventory management
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass background/drug screening
- Experience with automated conveyor systems and sorting equipment preferred
