Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and sort merchandise onto and off pallets, skids, and racks.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, strictly adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using advanced warehouse management systems.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Keep the warehouse workspace organized, clean, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Assist in the preparation of customer orders for shipping, including packaging and labeling.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely fulfillment of daily targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; full training is provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods without fatigue.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent night shift schedule.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification upon employment.
