Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trailers and trucks in an organized and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in designated storage areas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of workstations and equipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and pick tickets.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
