Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to customer orders with high accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory in real-time.
- Prepare packages for shipping, ensuring proper labeling, sealing, and secure handling of goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily performance targets.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and organizing storage aisles.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly with proper technique.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for interpreting pick lists and labels.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Experience in a warehouse, retail, or fast-paced logistics environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a climate-controlled facility.
- Willingness to cross-train on various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
