Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select merchandise from the warehouse floor and prepare it for shipping using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock organization.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean workspace.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Prior warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills required.
