As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and within OSHA guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks with precision and care to prevent damage to goods.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding heavy lifting and hazardous materials.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Forklift certification is a significant plus.
