Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using proper equipment.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and verify orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and RF scanners.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and accuracy.
- Shift Coordination: Adhere strictly to the 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM schedule.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors.
- Valid ID: Must provide valid US work authorization documentation.
