Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or order packing experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, SAP)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Basic math and computer skills
