Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and freight using proper equipment.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing merchandise counts and document discrepancies accurately.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks as required.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Documentation: Complete daily logs and paperwork regarding shipments and inventory levels.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with internal teams and external delivery personnel.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be punctual.
- Availability: Must be open to flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
