Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after paid training
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in warehouse racking systems
- Pick and pack customer orders with attention to detail and efficiency
- Ensure workplace safety compliance and maintain clean, hazard-free zones
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking and documentation
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – we provide comprehensive training!
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic and reliability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills and ability to follow written instructions
- Valid government-issued ID and authorization to work in the US
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment
- Willingness to obtain required equipment certifications (provided)
