Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training provided) to move inventory
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure OSHA compliance
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks with precision
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Adhere to all company policies and security protocols
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train all new hires!
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (Sun-Fri)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training provided)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
