Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and assist in cycle counting and stock organization.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets safety standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks using conveyor belts and manual handling techniques.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a focus on punctuality and attendance.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for scanning and inventory tasks.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not required.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
