Responsibilities
- Supervise overnight team operations including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping/receiving
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Train and mentor new warehouse associates
- Coordinate cross-functional department workflows
- Resolve operational issues and escalate as needed
- Complete daily shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient with inventory management software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
