Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform order picking, packing, and labeling to ensure accurate shipment preparation.
- Receive and verify incoming inventory, conducting quality control checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and safety goals.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to work flexible hours, specifically overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners or warehouse management software.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred but not always required.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
