Your Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You will ensure that every shipment is processed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, pack, and prepare packages for shipping with precision.
- Scan barcodes and utilize RF scanners to track inventory in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new scanning systems quickly.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
