Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing inventory
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with remote supervisors via digital tools for real-time task updates
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to strict productivity and accuracy metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn digital inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Reliable transportation to Orlando facility
- Team player with ability to work independently with remote guidance
