Responsibilities
- Perform accurate inventory management, order picking, and packing during overnight shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Conduct quality control checks and maintain organized storage systems
- Collaborate with remote team leads via digital platforms for real-time coordination
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Process shipments/receives using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Support inventory reconciliation with digital reporting tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for remote task management
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation to facility (core hours on-site)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Experience with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) a plus
