Responsibilities
- Manage inventory accuracy using RF scanners and digital tracking systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move goods safely and efficiently
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with precision documentation
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with remote supervisors via real-time communication tools
- Conduct cycle counts and report discrepancies immediately
- Train on new warehouse technologies and processes
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse experience or equivalent training
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to San Francisco facility
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
