Responsibilities
- Accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conducting regular inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock records using handheld scanners.
- Loading and unloading trucks with precision, ensuring cargo safety and timely dispatch.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborating with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Flexibility to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
