Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and inventory overnight shipments using RF scanners
- Operate powered equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout for space efficiency and quick order fulfillment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Maintain strict safety protocols and 5S workplace organization standards
- Generate real-time reports for inventory tracking and performance metrics
- Train and mentor new team members on warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training a plus
