Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct cycle counts
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to work independently overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Forklift certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
