Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize workflows
- Load/unload trucks efficiently while ensuring proper handling of merchandise
- Complete daily reports and documentation with precision and timeliness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
