Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Manage inventory counts and stock rotation in climate-controlled facility
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Process inbound shipments and verify product quality
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless operations
- Complete daily productivity reports and safety checklists
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Availability for 11 PM - 7 AM shifts (Sun-Thurs)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
