Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training certification
- Maintain organized inventory counts and stock rotation
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Report equipment issues and maintain clean workstations
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled facility
- Basic math and literacy skills for order accuracy
- Reliable transportation to our Jacksonville location
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to earn forklift certification (training included)
