Responsibilities
- Execute efficient overnight inventory management and order fulfillment with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate advanced warehouse equipment including electric pallet jacks and automated sorting systems
- Implement quality control protocols to ensure product integrity and safety standards
- Coordinate cross-functional team operations for seamless dock-to-stock processes
- Maintain detailed electronic and physical documentation of all warehouse activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume warehouse experience with overnight shift exposure
- Valid forklift certification and proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical aptitude for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanning technology
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Preferable: Experience with hazardous material handling (Hazmat certification a plus)
