Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and security procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification
- Reliable transportation to Scottsdale warehouse location
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper training
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork in a fast-paced environment
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-provided)
