Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the distribution process. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate handling, storage, and movement of goods, contributing directly to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas, staging areas, and delivery vehicles.
- Verify inventory counts and document any discrepancies in the warehouse management system.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Package and label items accurately to ensure timely shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Arlington facility.
- Basic computer skills for scanning barcodes and logging data.
- Willingness to undergo standard background screening (no extensive criminal history required).
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
