Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 team members during overnight operations
- Optimize inventory workflows and accuracy protocols
- Coordinate loading/unloading of high-value shipments
- Implement safety standards and OSHA compliance
- Train new associates on warehouse systems and procedures
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
- Manage inventory audits and discrepancy resolution
- Communicate with day shift leadership for operational continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Experience with automation systems preferred
