Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems while adhering to safety protocols.
- Monitor and record temperature logs to ensure compliance with FDA and company safety standards.
- Organize, pack, and label inventory in designated storage areas to maximize efficiency and prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including regular sanitation of equipment.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies immediately.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse operating procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely processing of orders and shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (temperatures may range from -10°F to 40°F).
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
