Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately fulfill customer orders to ensure 100% delivery accuracy.
- Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records in the system.
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Truck Loading: Efficiently load and unload trailers using proper safety techniques.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep workstations, aisles, and storage areas clean and organized.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and flexible overtime.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a background check/drug screen.
- Driving: Valid Driver’s License is a plus.
- Communication: Strong ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Tools: Familiarity with RF scanners or handheld devices is a plus.
