Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and to delivery vehicles.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Inspect equipment for safety issues and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to undergo paid forklift certification training.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
