Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated storage zones
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inventory rotation and FIFO (First-In-First-Out) compliance
- Sanitize equipment and maintain HACCP standards
- Operate warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Perform quality checks on perishable goods
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures (-10°F) for extended periods
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic inventory management knowledge
- Reliable transportation with valid AZ driver's license
