Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer units
- Inspect, sort, and package food products according to safety protocols
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA guidelines
- Complete inventory counts and stock rotation using FIFO methods
- Sanitize equipment and workspaces to meet HACCP standards
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs accurately
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -10°F
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Availability to work evenings/weekends as needed
