- Maintain accurate inventory records in cold storage facilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments
- Inspect and monitor temperature-controlled zones for compliance
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize storage areas
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Perform routine sanitation and equipment maintenance checks
- Collaborate with team members for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in temperatures below 32°F (0°C)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
