- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize products in temperature-controlled zones
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Monitor and document temperature/humidity levels to ensure compliance
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in cold environments
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing perishable goods
- Collaborate with team members for efficient warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in 0-40°F refrigerated environments for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
