Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain precise temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated and frozen storage areas
- Safely load/unload pallets of perishable goods using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Conduct routine inventory counts and documentation of stored products
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards in all daily operations
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Perform sanitation duties including cleaning floors, racks, and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and order accuracy
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and occasional weekends
- Basic computer skills for inventory documentation
- Strong work ethic with commitment to food safety protocols
