Responsibilities
- Safely handle and organize temperature-sensitive inventory in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move products efficiently
- Monitor and document storage conditions using digital tracking systems
- Perform quality inspections and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols per HACCP standards
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper techniques
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
