- Safely load/unload refrigerated products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain precise temperature records for -10°F to 40°F zones
- Conduct daily inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Operate refrigeration monitoring equipment
- Sanitize and organize storage areas per FDA guidelines
- Collaborate with logistics team for timely shipments
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse/cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work in cold environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
