Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and warehouse equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S principles and OSHA regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation, cycle counts, and verifying incoming shipments.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (we can assist with training if you have no experience).
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in warehousing or logistics preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and hazard communication.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
