Responsibilities
- Temperature Monitoring: Regularly check and log temperature data to ensure compliance with safety and storage standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing stock within the cold storage environment.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free workspace at all times.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare pallets and packages for shipping with accuracy and speed.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in cold environments (below 40°F).
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or cold storage experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
