Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels within the cold storage facility.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and record temperature logs to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Keep the storage area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Assist in the picking and packing process to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Experience working in a cold or temperature-controlled environment is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory tracking.
- Strong adherence to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
