Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature monitoring and documentation in refrigerated/freezer units
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks in cold environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Inspect and organize inventory using WMS systems with 99% accuracy
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for cold storage environments
- Load/unload trucks while maintaining FIFO inventory rotation
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and report malfunctions
Qualifications
- Previous cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance awareness
