Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of high-value inventory
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse staff through performance coaching and conflict resolution
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS software to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Collaborate with transportation teams to ensure on-time delivery of critical shipments
- Analyze operational metrics to identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with procurement and quality assurance departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- Expert knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI reporting and process optimization
- Valid OSHA 30 certification and forklift operator certification
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
- Experience managing inventory of high-value or temperature-sensitive goods
