Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload palletized goods
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with RF scanners
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse dock areas and storage zones
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with receiving, put-away, and order fulfillment processes
- Complete daily equipment inspection reports and maintenance logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year recent forklift operation experience in warehouse setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Reliable transportation to our North Phoenix location
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
