Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse settings
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal safety and performance
- Accurately document inventory movements using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes as needed
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of prior forklift operation experience in warehouse or industrial setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety standards
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to Seaport District location
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
